Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how end-users and merchants can request deletion of personal data processed by Fluxat.
If you messaged a business on Facebook Messenger
Your conversation is stored in that merchant's Fluxat account. To delete your data:
- Contact the business (Facebook Page) you messaged and ask them to delete your conversation and contact record.
- Or email us at support@fluxat.ai with the Page name and approximate date of your conversation.
If you used a website chat widget
Contact the website operator directly, or email support@fluxat.ai with the site URL and any conversation details you can provide.
Merchant account holders
Account administrators may delete contacts, conversations, and related data from the Fluxat dashboard. To delete an entire merchant account, contact support@fluxat.ai.
