These Terms govern use of Fluxat at app.fluxat.ai. Fluxat is operated by DILIGENS LOGISTICS SERVICES. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service
Fluxat is a multi-tenant customer support platform. Merchants may connect messaging channels (e.g. website chat, Facebook Messenger) so their agents can receive and respond to customer conversations.
Merchant responsibilities
- You are responsible for your team's use of the platform and for obtaining any consents required from your customers.
- You must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies (including Meta Messenger Platform policies).
- You must not use the service to send unsolicited messages; customers must initiate conversations on connected channels.
AI features
Where AI-assisted replies are enabled, you are responsible for reviewing automated content before it reaches customers when human review is required by your policies or regulations.
Availability
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fluxat is provided "as is" without warranties.
