Billing Terms

These terms describe how Fluxat plans, AI credits, and seat add-ons are billed. They supplement our Terms of Service.

Plans

• Free — $0/month. Includes fixed seats and monthly AI credits that refresh on the 1st of each month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• Pro — Billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing. Includes base seats and monthly AI credits with the same monthly refresh rule.
• Enterprise — Custom pricing and contract terms.

AI credits

Monthly plan credits refresh on the first day of each calendar month and expire at month end. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your paid plan remains active unless stated otherwise in your order.

Seat add-ons

Additional seats on Pro are billed per seat per month. Changes may be applied prospectively from the date we confirm your request.

Payment

Unless online checkout is offered in-product, Pro and Enterprise charges are arranged manually (for example via invoice or agreed payment link). Failure to pay may result in suspension after notice.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
